Graziers’ $1 million auctioneer gets $100,000 to build a home in a home ad

Grazier’s Groom and Groom’s Grazie auctioneer will get $100000 to make a home out of the home he sold for $1.1 million.

The auctioneer was awarded $100K from a local builder who is building a home for the family of Mr Doolan, a construction worker who died in 2012.

The builder had built the house on his own but wanted to help Mr Doodan’s family.

He had donated the money to a local charity and Mr Doonan’s brother-in-law, who wanted to do something for the community.

Mr Doonans brother- in-law had been a builder himself, but his family didn’t realise he was a builder.

The company behind the home, Energy, had the opportunity to build the home on the site of Mr Grooms home, which is now owned by a private builder.

Mr Groom was killed in a road accident in 2015, and his family wanted to make sure they could have a permanent home to call their own.

They said Mr Grooms funeral home had refused to build for him and wanted to donate the land to his family.

“There was a lot of money in this house and he just wanted to get on with it and give it back to the community,” Mr Grazies brother- the builder, told ABC Radio Melbourne.

“We wanted to be able to put it back into a family’s hands.”

The builder said Mr Doomans family wanted the land donated, which was a big relief.

“They had to sell the property and we wanted to give it to them,” he said.

“I’m sure it’s a very sad day for them.

We’re very sad for them, we’re sad for the builder.”

It’s been a long journey.

“The buyer has not yet revealed the exact price of the house but it will cost between $1m and $1million to build.
