Auctions go live at the Garrard auction house

Garrard Auctioneers will open up a new auction season on Saturday morning.

The Garrard Auctions will be open from 6am until 9pm with the first sale of the auction day at 6am.

The sale will be followed by the second sale of that day at 9am and the third sale of Saturday morning at 10am.

The Garrard is the first auction house to open in the Northern Territory and is the home of the Garrards auction house, which has been in operation for more than 70 years.

The company is run by two brothers, Jack and Peter Garrard, who have been at the helm of the business since 2005.

The brothers said the opening of the new auction is a major step towards opening up their business to a wider audience and in particular to the younger generation of buyers.

“It’s about taking our customers’ money and giving it back to them,” said Jack Garrard.

“We’re just going to continue to do what we do well and we’re really looking forward to this year.”

The sale starts at 6:30am and runs until 9:30pm.

Jack Garrard said it was a great day for the business and the wider community and it was important that people could get to know each other and how the business operates.

He said the new opening of Garrard would not only help the Garradebs in their business, but also the communities around the Northern Territories.

“It really means a lot to us,” said Mr Garrard of opening up the Garrades.

“It’s going to be a really good start to the year.”

Garrard Auctioneer Tim Burt said the Garrads were proud to have their own business at the forefront of the local auction industry and would continue to be so.

Mr Burt added that the sale would be open to the public for the first time.

The Garraders are planning to hold another sale on Saturday afternoon in the northern city of Darwin.
