How to Sell Your Estate With Self Storage Abatement (And Some Other Stuff)

I recently bought a house for $1,000,000 and my spouse was looking for a place to rent.

She found a place on Craigslist and, having never really looked at a house before, she was shocked to find out that they were renting a lot of self storage!

The seller wanted $100,000 for the property, which was the most she could get, but the property was located in the middle of nowhere and the seller was not looking for anyone to live in it.

So, she agreed to give me a 50% discount and I bought it.

The house is now worth $5,500,000!

I am not sure what the seller will do with the rest of the property and what they will do to it.

How do I sell my house to someone who wants to live there?

I would definitely recommend that you use the self storage auctions that the internet has to offer.

I am sure that there are plenty of auctions going on, but they are not as active as they should be.

I suggest that you go to these sites and check out the auctions.

It is important that you buy from a trusted seller who is willing to show you what they are doing with their home.

For instance, I would recommend a house with an owner who is very knowledgeable about the property so that you can see what they do with it and what kind of amenities it has.

Then, when you are ready to sell, you can contact that person and they will be able to provide you with information about the house.

It will save you a lot in the process, especially if you are selling it in a city that does not have a lot to offer buyers, because you can find lots of affordable rentals nearby.

I hope that this post has been helpful to you and if you have any questions about self storage, I encourage you to contact me.

I would also love to hear from you.
